Suggestions and Complaints 

We are always striving to improve the standard of professional service to our patients.   

We welcome your feedback, whether it is a compliment or a complaint.


If you receive a service that you feel deserves complimenting, please advise us in writing,

by phone or in person.


Complaints are to be made in writing. 

It can then be forwarded to the most appropriate person to act on the issue.

Timeframe for response

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 days of receipt.  A manager or doctor will contact the complainant to discuss the concerns or send a reply in writing, whichever is appropriate.

If your complaint is not resolved within 20 days you will be kept informed of the progress of the investigation.
